As the holiday season unfolds, we’re reminded here at Trauma Responsive Monadnock of its unique duality.
For many, this is a time of joy, celebration, connection, and lightness.
For others, the holidays can bring up challenges, memories, reminders, heightened stress, financial strain, and loneliness.
We are here for you and hold space for all of these experiences. Whatever you’re feeling this season is valid.
Our region is rich with organizations ready to offer support and togetherness during the holidays. Whether you’re looking for mental health resources, a warm meal, a sense of connection, or something fun to do during this season, we wanted to share a few local resources with you and organizations offering assistance during this time.
Check out our curated list of local resources to lean on or contribute to below. We encourage you to share these resources with anyone who might benefit from them or reach out if you find yourself in need.

Lending a Hand to Others
This season is a powerful reminder of the impact we can have when we come together as a community. Whether it’s donating to a local food bank, volunteering your time, or simply reaching out to someone who may be feeling alone, your kindness can make a world of difference. Small acts of compassion ripple outward, creating a stronger, more supportive community for us all.
